Blockchain markets, protocols and regulation

How we report

What we cover

Crypto News reports news across the crypto and blockchain sector: markets and exchanges, networks and protocols, decentralized finance, security, and policy and regulation. We report events and what they change. We do not publish trading signals, price targets or personal investment recommendations.

How stories are sourced

Our reporting rests on primary sources such as filings, court records, official statements, code repositories and on-chain data, and on reputable reporting from other outlets, which we credit. Sources are linked in the text wherever possible. We separate what is confirmed from what is reported or still unclear, and we attribute each claim to the person or organization making it.

Independence

What we cover and how we cover it is an editorial decision. A mention of a project, token, exchange or service in our reporting is not an endorsement of it, and no story is written to promote one.

Corrections

When a story contains a factual error, it is corrected in the article and the correction is noted. Developing stories that change after publication are marked as updated.

Information, not advice

Everything we publish is for information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets carry significant risk, and readers should make their own decisions with appropriate professional guidance.
